How billing works

Simple rules. No hidden base fee.

Fulfilled orders only

Cancelled orders cost nothing. Returns within 30 days receive a credit.

$50 cap per order

High-value equipment never produces more than $50 in platform fees for one order.

Month to month

No contract term. Your data remains yours, with full export available on demand.

Billed monthly

Usage is billed in arrears by ACH autopay, with a statement that explains each line.

$99 minimum from month 7

The minimum applies only when a month’s platform fees would otherwise be less than $99.

Order value defined clearly

Catalog price at fulfillment, excluding tax and shipping. Rentals count one month.

Metered add-ons

Included allowances grow with your volume.

You pay only when AI chart processing, calling, phone numbers, or document storage goes beyond the allowance tied to your order value.
